Neil Schaffer
Neil Schaffer has served in executive management roles across a number of industries. He has served as EVP & CFO of the MediaPort consortium (2002) and AudioAudit (2005); both innovative technology companies in the advertising and media business.
Along with several former senior executives from Citicorp and several Ivy League computer science professors, he founded iPrivacy LLC, a software and services company focused on Internet privacy and security. Mr. Schaffer previously served as CFO of several industrial, distribution, and technology companies, including Horizon Paper Company, a leading paper brokerage firm; The Carson Group, Inc., a financial information services company (sold to Thomson Financial); and The Hain Celestial Group (NASDAQ: HAIN), the largest natural-products manufacturing company in the U.S.
Mr. Schaffer began his career as a certified public accountant with the middle-market practice group of Price Waterhouse in New York.
John Storch
John Storch has successfully applied his unique blend of practical and imaginative approaches to strategic marketing and business development to Fortune 500 and middle-market organizations for over 20 years. He has worked in a wide range of industries, including consumer products and electronics, travel and tourism, music and entertainment, sports and recreation, telecommunications, public relations, and advertising and media.
As a senior marketing executive, Mr. Storch realigned and positioned industry-leading telecom software integrator Beechwood Data Systems (1997-1999) for IPO or liquidity event, which culminated in its sale to the Cap Gemini Group. Previously, Mr. Storch led the development and implementation of marketing strategies for the North American launch of Kyocera Corporationís line of Ecosys desktop network printers (1993-1996).
As chief marketing officer, Mr. Storch brought to market AudioAudit AdVantage, an industry-first analytic platform that captures, retains, and reports on transmitted encoded broadcast content for television commercial advertisements (2000-2005).
Mr. Storch began his career servicing domestic and world-wide accounts for leading New York City-based public relations and marketing consulting firms including Hill & Knowlton.
Jeff Nichols
Jeff Nichols is an innovative leader who specializes in scaling fast growing companies. His creative vision is informed by hands-on experience as an entrepreneur and CEO.
As founder and CEO of CycleOps Products, Inc., a company that invented, manufactured, and marketed a line of fitness equipment, he led the company from startup to niche dominance and eventual sale. Mr. Nichols subsequently served as COO/CFO of Zelo Technologies, a technology venture specializing in distributed data storage solutions. He developed the companyís strategy and business plan and built the marketing, sales, distribution, and financial teams.
As CEO of Bluefire Inc., Mr. Nichols has redefined the business model for a marketing services firm grounded in the trend and demographic expertise of an independent record label. He has secured major clients outside the traditional scope and identified profitable new markets and business partnerships.
Mr. Nichols began his career as a diplomatic consultant advising heads of state at The Sawyer Miller Group.
